Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Delivery estimates
UK standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we aim to have every order with you within 5 business days of purchase.
3. Shipping cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
4. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@shopperch.com.
5. International shipping
At this time, Perch ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding to further destinations.
6. Missing or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, get in touch and we'll investigate with our courier and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
